		What all courses does NIS Academy offer?
		NIS Academy offers courses related to providing Placements, Qualification & Personality Development. Some of the courses offered are BBA & MBA in Applied Management, Program in Business Skills – APBS, GPBS, PGPBS, Retail ACT, Retail LEAD.

		Does NIS stand for National Institute of Sales?
		No, NIS is not known as National Institute of Sales, any more. We are a division of NIS Sparta Ltd., a Reliance-Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group Company.

		Is NIS Academy's Program in Business Skills recognized by UGC / AICTE?
		Program in Business Skills is a unique industry aligned certification, however, it is not UGC or AICTE approved. It is a program that addresses the requirements of new age businesses which are currently not addressed through the formal education system.

		What is the duration of the Program in Business Skills that NIS Academy offers?
		The duration ranges from two years to three years depending on the category of the course.

		When does NIS Academy start its admissions?
		We announce dates for the start of the batch regularly. MBA & BBA batches are launched typically around July every year. For NIS Academy’s unique industry aligned programs the batch launch is announced every quarter.

		What is the admission criterion & procedure?
		You should have completed Class XII to be eligible to apply. All programs however have their own entry criteria over & above this. All students have to undergo an Entrance Test, comprising of an Aptitude test & a Psychometric analysis.

		Can I finish a course at NIS Academy faster, so that I can get a job in a year's time?
		NIS Academy offers the option of a "fast-track" program as well, subject to availability of resources.

		Does NIS Academy have weekend batches?
		The courses offered at NIS Academy are designed in such a fashion that they give you enough time to assimilate classroom learnings. It is therefore recommended that the courses are run as per the schedule defined and that does not gel with weekend batches. So, we do not have weekend batches.

		Can I take break after I complete a unit at NIS Academy?
		Yes, you can take a break after completing a unit, with an application and for a genuine reason.

		Does NIS Academy guarantee placements?
		Our past record shows that the students of NIS Academy have been placed in some of the most well known industry players. We offer placement opportunities to our students through Campus Recruitments.

		Which university does NIS Academy have an affiliation with?
		We are affiliated with the Annamalai University, Tamil Nadu.

		Can we pursue a Degree course at NIS Academy in correspondence mode?
		No. These courses are designed with a minimum PCP attendance criterion of 80%.

		Is NIS Academy a branch of Annamalai University?
		No. NIS Academy has entered into a technical collaboration with Annamalai University, only to offer MBA & BBA degrees.

		Does NIS Academy provide any other degrees than MBA and BBA?
		No. NIS Academy specializes in management degrees only.

		Can I go for weekend or evening classes for degree courses at NIS Academy?
		Yes, you can go in for weekend or evening classes subject to batch availability!

		What specializations does NIS Academy offer in MBA?
		In MBA, we offer all the specializations that are offered by the Annamalai University.

		Does NIS Academy follow a semester system or an annual system?
		NIS Academy offers an annual system of examination, in line with Annamalai University that also has an annual examination system.
