Congratulation NISians, Kolkata Interns: Interns have been working at SONY outlets, with a mindset of enhancing their knowledge and skill component. As Irish novelist James Joyce very correctly quotes that “A man’s errors are his portals of discovery” where the interns in their gateway to the corporate world are learning the hard way out the corporate culture, norms, discovering the ways of tackling different customer's moods & emotions on the real floor. Most employers rank interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills above technical aptitude. Hence the tenure of 45 days experience would be very enlightening and educational for the Interns. On one hand our students conveys the message to the recruiters about their winning attitude and habit so that the recruiters are compelled to offer paid Internships. This is only possible because of the projects, assignments, role-plays & rigorous training that they have to go through the program tenure. On the other hand the USP of NIS students is “SALES” where the normal phobia within a person that lies is about “Targets & its accomplishments”, NIS students stands apart and tames this phobia to be the bread earner. We desire that this experience would facilitate the interns of MBA 1st year, BBA 1st year & BBA 2nd year by awarding them with an experience certificate and a handsome stipend which actually enhances the right attitude towards the corporate world. Hence, NIS Academy transforms students and becomes the effective acquaintance between them and the recruiters. We wish them all the success in their life.
