The NIS Academy, Kolkata participated in NSHM

Students of The NIS Academy, Kolkata participated in NSHM - a premier management college fest - Y factor 2008. The fest saw participation from a number of premier colleges of Kolkata. Our students did exceptionally well and ended up winning the Best College award - "Champion of Champions Y factor ‘08 Trophy” and an Apple iPod! Apart from this, they won the Poster Competition - "Grit & Glamour go hand in hand", Case study Presentation - "Credibility or Celebrity - What sells more?" and Debate - "Money is the media Mantra".

 
The NIS Academy, Delhi organized a Retail Educational Tour

The NIS Academy, Delhi organized a Retail Educational Tour for visiting faculty from other centres to RPG Spencer’s Hyper Market in Gurgaon. The faculties were in Delhi for the Retail FFT, on the 26th Jan 2008. The visit was successful and immensely beneficial to the faculty members. Nikhil, Business Head – South, RPG Spencers gave our faculty a hands-on tour, explaining every aspect of frontline and backend operations of the Retail format.
